"To become a nurturing family that shares the joy, love, and ministry
of Jesus the Christ with everyone."
We welcome you to the old Pond Church where new things are happening and we want to invite you to be a part of the changes we are making in our world today for our Lord.
God our hope,
We entrust to you the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Dismayed by the incomprehensible suffering of the innocent, we ask you to inspire the hearts of those who are trying to provide the aid which is so indispensable.
We know how deep the faith of the Haitian people is.
Help the dying; strengthen the downhearted; console those who are weeping; send your Spirit of compassion on this people which has been so sorely tried.

PLANNING A WEDDING? Call us at the office 623-6515.
Would you like to have a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus?
God wants for you abundant life! God wants you to receive the free gift of salvation. God wants your life to be whole and happy--to fill you will the Holy Spirit that will see you to do remarkable things in your life. If you have never invited Jesus into your life as Lord and Savior, I invite you to do so now. But not the Jesus of the press or of an association that you have with someone else or some experience in the past, but the Jesus that is Risen and alive and holds a special relationship just with you. If you are really sincere about this prayer, your life will be new in Christ.
Dear Lord,
You loved us so much you gave your only Son, and if we believe in Him and confess Him as Lord, we will have ever lasting life and not perish in death.
Your Word says we are saved by grace through faith. We cannot earn salvation. We cannot do enough to gain it--it is given through the blood of Jesus on the cross for us.
I believe in my heart and confess with my lips that Jesus is the Christ (Greek for the Hebrew "Messiah"--or in English, "The Annointed One of God.") I believe He died on the cross for me and bore all of my sins, paying the price for them. I believe in my heart that you Raised Him from the dead and He will return as the Scripture says and I will be prepared to welcome Him.
I ask you to forgive my sins. I confess Jesus as my Lord. According to your Word, I am saved from death and will spend eternity with you! Thank you for loving me beyond what any human has loved me. Thank you for forgiving me when I cannot even forgive myself. In Jesus' name, AMEN.
If you have prayed this prayer sincerely, feel free to call us at Pond Church 859 623-6515 or E-mail Rusty our Senior Minister so that we can encourage you in your new life rustyrr@bellsouth.net God bless you!!
